- Easily prepare clear simple agendas- Better Judge
- when to have a meeting or not- who to invite
- Inform people of the involvement needed from them
- Have shorter more effective meetings
- Start the meeting in ways that prevent digression

Workshop 3 Optional - Focuses on building skillful discussion and putting ideas into action You will:

- Choose effective processes within the meeting
- Develop skillful discussions
- Reduce dominance and professional intimidation
- Create better decisions and solutions to problems
- Follow up and ensure agreed actions are implemented
- Participate fullySession to be followed by personal coaching, to move principles into action.
